 Application procedures for leprosy elimination
The Turing Foundation aims at the elimination of the disfiguring disease leprosy. The Turing Foundation therefore supports (apart from scientific research projects) initiatives related to leprosy recovery.

All other ways of fighting the disease, such as assistance to (ex)patients, are without the scope of the objectives of the Turing Foundation.

Recovery Programs for Leprosy Patients

The budget of the Turing Foundation allotted to this specific working area is relatively limited. Therefore the foundation does not accept applications in this field. Instead, it finances existing and established organisations on its own initiative, such as the Dutch Leprosy Foundation.

This means that as yet, there is no use in submitting applications to us spontaneously in the area of leprosy recovery. However, you can keep us informed on your activities in writing, especially if these activities comply with the working areas and the criteria mentioned. In such case, we would very much appreciate you filling out the complete project summary form.

We reserve the right not to respond. The information sent to us by you will not be returned. We thank you in advance for you understanding.
